Vaidoorya's work was good, but I highly recommend visiting them in person before booking for a wedding. What they communicate over the phone and what they say in person can be quite different. In my case, when I booked her for my sister's wedding, she initially told me she would come to the venue for a saree change without mentioning any additional cost. She charged 2,500 for makeup, saree draping, and hairstyling, and I booked her by paying 3,000 in advance. However, when we later visited her, she said each saree change would cost 3,000, plus travel expenses, petrol costs, and staff charges--bringing the total to 8,000. Additionally, when you inquire about their packages over the phone, they often say, "We can discuss it when you visit us because we have multiple packages based on your skin type." But when we visited, they only had two package options. Unfortunately, I couldn't switch to another salon because, by then, most were fully booked for the wedding date. Note: Also, make sure to keep track of safety pins, hairpins, and U-pins, as they will ask you to return them. The 25,000 charge is just for their service--these essentials are not included.

I also treated myself to a facial, and it was incredibly refreshing. The esthetician used top-notch products, and I could feel the stress melting away. The ambience of the parlour is relaxing, and the attention to detail in their services is unmatched. Very very Bad Experience and Bad Customer Service ... Will Not Recommend to any one.. My family had a bitter Experience.

Ms. Reshma, the hairstylist who attended to me, provided exceptional service throughout the entire experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcome and comfortable. Ms. Reshma's expertise and professionalism were evident as she patiently explained the Nanoplastia treatment process and addressed any concerns I had. She took the time to understand my hair type and desired outcome, ensuring a personalized approach. The treatment has significantly reduced frizz and improved the overall health and appearance of my hair. I couldn't be happier with the outcome. I will definitely be returning for future beauty services, knowing that I can trust the expertise and skill of Ms. Reshma and the entire team at the parlour.
