The worst institution ever! Unprofessional and arrogant staff who refuse to take accountability of your money or the quality of their services. As a student who had to back off from their course due to their inefficient and inadequate service, I regret to have enrolled there paying a huge advance amount which was never refunded even though they didn't have the bandwidth to accommodate students for makeup courses. A complaint was raised by the staff of GITD Ottapalam that there weren't enough faculty members for Makeup courses and the ones who were there didn't have bandwidth to accommodate more students. Despite that they still kept taking more students with huge initial deposits which was not even refundable and failed to provide even the minimal service. When you raise a query at the office or via phone all they do is gang up and defend their staff and even call the other students to talk in their defence with a trained script. The staff wouldn't even care to resolve your concern if you raise a query, instead they'll just refuse to take responsibility and play the blame game. Overall, the experience was highly disappointing. For me it was just a waste of money, time and energy!

Gitd one of the best fashion designing institutions in kerala. L extremely happy to join this family. All teacher doing in a great job and amazing support with us.

I had a great time doing with this course(PDFD) & everyone involved in this GITD has made it a great experience. All the staffs & teacher are doing great work for moulding their students for their better future.. And i have learned a lot and also got much difference in my work after receiving the coaching from this institute of GITD,also gained more confidence from the class provided by teachers..&I would like to do more courses in future with this institute. Also happy to be the part of this institute..thanks for moulding us for our better future

GITD is a platform where people of diverse backgrounds come together to pursue their interests in fashion design. I have experienced effective and practical sessions with my teachers who are there to guide me as and when I need them. They provide interactive classes and are very supportive. I very much enjoy being a part of this institution.
