This was my first time visiting naturals ottapalam, since i didn't know Naturals had a branch here. I had communications with Manager, alex, vidhya and the one who did my threading. Alex did a great job. He did my botox. He knows how to handle each customer and he made sure they visit him next time. He was very friendly and made sure i got all services properly from each staff. He made sure i was okay every-time. Thank you Alex. You are very professional. Vidhya washed my hair, who was really professional in the work she did. She too made great customer service. The one who did my threading did a great job. It's been months since i got satisfied with my eyebrow. The manager was very professional and ethical. He visited customers frequently and he even asked me before taking video which was very professional. To the owner: you don't have to worry since your staffs are great in customer service and they are communicating really well with everyone. They made sure their customers visit them next time. They are good in marketing too which is ofc great. They take care of the salon as if it is theirs Please give them bonus or incentives. They are trustworthy. Overall, i had a very great experience here. Would recommend everyone to visit Naturals ottapalam atleast once.

I have been to Naturals Ottapalam for a couple of times. I find that the staff there are very customer friendly and skilled. They took care of my comfort and made no compromises in the services they provided. Special thanks to Mr. Alex and Ms. Kushi who did a great job.

I went for a haircut and Yodi from Darjeeling was excellent. She was quick....washed my hair while gently massaging it and listening to what I wanted. She gave me the exact cut I wanted that framed my face well. . Love from Maya

Good haircut..Reasonable rate..Free hair wash in the end... Vivek was very Profesional. He spend enough time to give you a satisfactory haircut.

Loved the haircut! Great experience from their stylist UD. My hair was severely damaged from heat and the stylist patiently analysed and gave the perfect haircut removing all the damage. More than satisfied with the outcome.

Very bad experience... staffs were fighting among themselves , one of the staff was combing my hair with lot of pressure which resulted in lots of hairloss as well as my scalp was hurting that 3 days I had severe headache. For the first time in my life I had pathetic experience, worst saloon ever . Staff behaviour was very bad .

I visited the parlour for my pre-wedding service, which was excellent. Vidya provided great service and was very helpful.She was really friendly and offered me a lot of help.i will definitely visit here next time.
