Polonica Beautyparlour (Ladies & Gents)

In one word I can say, it's an average place. Polonica Pala is located at Chethimattam near DDRCL and next to ESAF Bank at Pala. The ground floor is for ladies and the first floor is for Gents. I went with my friend and he did his beard shaping, and his baby's hair cutting which was average. There were many staff and I couldn't find them customer friendly, except one. The parking outside is the worst experience as many people don't know the manners while parking their cars.

Bad experience. They didn't even detangled the hair before cutting.Very unprofessional behaviour. They ruined my hair.

Worst experience. I went to Polonica Pala for a haircut and beard shaping. From the beginning, I felt uncomfortable with the stylist's haircut and beard grooming techniques. The stylist seemed very young, and I'm sure he lacked experience. He completely ruined my beard, making it the worst I've ever had. I do not recommend Polonica for beard grooming.

Worst experience from the ladies only saloon. It is not a saloon it's a training centre .Didn't get the requested look and also damaged my hair .Really not satisfied. Worst experience. It would be better if you close the ladies only saloon. The lady who sat in the counter was very arrogant and didn't customer friendly.

Over the years, I have done smoothening, botox, and most recently, Biotanix, and each treatment has exceeded my expectations. For me the haircut was good. First they wash our hair with shampoo and dry it , then they starts cutting the hair. We can show them the haircut style through phone or just tell them they will do that way. For gents the haircut charge is 150
