Hi, to all I recently found a review of Ms. Reshika Chetri, which is very negative in nature and my opinion I guess is purely to tarnish a reputed institution for some of her own ulterior motive, I know Atulya Innovations, Palakkad for the last so many years and personality had their services for myself including my kid, wife and recommended to my friends and have never got any bad remarks from them nor experienced anything personally. I present my counter Review for Athuliya innovations (Palakkad) to clear the air as it's very easily to tarnish a reputed organization but very difficult to build one and sustain its goodwill for 35 long years. Also condemn people like the above in question who use such good platform to settle their own scores. My counter for Ms. Reshika Chetri, with all due respect to her is furnished below. I've been a regular client at Athuliya innovations for so many years now, and my experience has consistently been positive. The staff is polite, attentive, and genuinely committed to making sure clients feel comfortable and satisfied with the services. Regarding the negative comments -- in my visits, the salon has always been clean and well-maintained. The air conditioning is turned on as needed, which makes sense for energy efficiency, especially in today's climate. As for the products used, I've never noticed any dilution or compromise in quality; in fact, they've often explained the brands and ingredients to me when I asked. The owner, contrary to what she have said in her review, has always been friendly and accommodating during my appointments so do for others as I noticed. She listens to feedbacks and ensures that the service is tailored to my needs. My take for the above is: If you're looking for a personalized care and a team that truly tries to improve, I'd definitely recommend giving M/s. Athuliya Innovations, Palakkad a try. I came here recently for hair smoothening. Gourab was the hair specialist who did all the work. And I must say, it's very very great. I am really happy with the service I've got from there. They had great offers and I also added hair coloring.

You will not be disappointed. This salon is most likely the best spot in town for a haircut. I've been coming to this hairdresser for years, and I can tell he's definitely a hair wizard. The hairstylist is fantastic! He cuts my hair with care rather than rushing through it. The hairdresser spends time with his clients and will make adjustments slowly. You can put your trust in him with your head!
