Two days prior to my friend's wedding, I had booked a clean-up session for two people. The appointment was scheduled for 10:00 AM, and we arrived at around 10:05 AM. Since the wedding was at Guruvayoor, we had planned to leave immediately after the clean-up. However, upon arrival, we were informed that the beautician was attending to another client and that it would take another 30 minutes to begin our session. Due to time constraints, we had no option but to cancel. This experience was highly unprofessional, as they failed to honour a prior booking and showed no regard for timely service.

Super disappointed with the customer support lately. Whenever we visit for haircut on Sundays evening, they always say that it is closed even though it's just 5pm, then shouldn't you mention it as your closing time in your brochure. People might be visiting from a far. It has happened twice with us. Might not visit again.

Great experience! The stylist listen to my needs and delivered a fantastic hair cut. Also I did colouring and nano plasty treatment. Highly recommend.

I cut my hair from here. It was a layer cut. But the haircut was not done properly. My hair became short. Not only that, it is now getting more damaged and losing more hair.

The color turned out vibrant and exactly as I hoped. However, I noticed the service took longer than expected, which was a bit inconvenient. Overall, I'm pleased with the outcome and would recommend hybronz for their skill and customer service. I plan to return for future appointments

It was my first time visiting the place, and I got my hair colored. It was a great experience--they did exactly what I asked for and even gave me some useful tips for maintenance.
