Experience in Kell was actually so good. Sathyapriya did my clean up and hair spa, The staff (sathyapriya) was professional and attentive, making sure I was comfortable throughout. Overall, it was a rejuvenating experience, and I'd definitely recommend it to anyone looking to pamper themselves.

Waited a month for a response, nothing. Deeply disappointed. I held off posting this review, hoping the salon would address my concerns, but no call, no reply, no courtesy. This lack of accountability is unacceptable. My daughter's 5900 'red highlights' (10 strands) are barely visible, even in direct sunlight (photos attached). Emailed within 3 days expressing dissatisfaction--no resolution offered. Poor service, zero follow-up. Will not recommend. A salon that ignores feedback doesn't deserve trust.
