I had a wonderful experience at Naturals , Olavakkode . Thanks to the exceptional service of Sharmila, she were skilled and attentive during my haircut, hair spa, and hair colouring. My hair looks and feels incredible! I highly recommend them.

Recently, I visited this salon to receive a undercut on my long, ponytailed hair with a beard trim and a skin rejuvenating facial massage. I was impressed by Bhuvenesh's meticulous attention to detail, his care in handling sensitive skin, and his overall proficiency in working with longer hair. Having not touched my hair in over two years, I took a leap of faith, but Bhuvenesh took his time. He first provided a more layered cut and then proceeded to gently curve the undercut with a minimal fade, which left me satisfied with a fresh and groomed look. I also received a face and neck de-tan and facial massage that did not cause any irritation while definitely adding a glowing feeling. I would advise making an appointment, as he is quite busy at the salon. However, the air conditioning in some rooms is broken, but the facial room and premium lounge are great. The chairs definitely need an upgrade here and can be a bit uncomfortable for those accustomed to more traditional salons for men with a lifted footrest. The facials can be quite pricey although the haircuts are great value.

The facial was very refreshing, and the natural fruit extracts left my skin feeling soft, glowing, and deeply hydrated. The products used felt fresh and gentle, with a pleasant fragrance. The staff (Sharmila) are highly professional, friendly, and knowledgeable about skincare. They explained each step of the facial and ensured I was comfortable throughout.
