I recently took my brother for a haircut and facial, and I must say, the experience was absolutely outstanding! From the moment we walked in, the staff was warm, professional, and attentive. My brother wanted a fresh, modern look, and they delivered beyond expectations. The precision, attention to detail, and perfect blending were impressive. The consultation beforehand ensured they understood exactly what he wanted, and the result was a sharp, clean cut that suited him perfectly. The facial was equally amazing! The esthetician took the time to analyze his skin type and recommended the best treatment. The process was so relaxing--deep cleansing, exfoliation, and left his skin glowing and refreshed. You could literally see the difference immediately! The ambiance of the shop was clean, stylish, and welcoming, with great music and a comfortable vibe. The pricing was very reasonable for the service we received.

Visited Studio 11 for a haircut for myself and a haircut plus detan clean-up for my son, and we had a great experience. I am writing to share my concern regarding a recent experience at your Palakkad branch. This was my third visit to the salon. I was extremely satisfied with the service during my first two visits, which is why I chose to return. As with my previous visits, the hairstylist assigned to me this time was excellent, and I have no complaints regarding the quality of the haircut. However, I was quite disappointed with the billing experience. During my first two visits, I was charged a consistent amount for the same haircut. However, on my third visit, I was charged significantly more. When I inquired, I was informed that it was for an "advanced haircut." I was never informed or consulted about any difference in the service being offered, nor was I educated beforehand that this would be categorized or billed differently. As a customer, I believe it is only fair to be made aware of such differences in pricing or service categorization before the service is rendered. Since I was given no such information and had requested the same haircut as before, I feel this additional charge was unjustified. Though I paid the bill without making a scene, I do wish to register this as formal feedback and hope that such lapses in communication are addressed, so that future customers can have a more transparent and informed experience.
