I had a wonderful time with artist . I had 3 functions for my wedding and they made sure I looked really great for all three. Vishnu is very talented and approachable and did an amazing job

Sharing such a terrible experience with this place. We directly went to book for guest make up and kids make up for my children's birthday party. We have to hang around for half an hour to get information because the receptionist was not competent enough to give us any of the information. She was keep ringing someone and was getting information for us. Still, she asked to ring later for some more details. When I rang I got transferred to 4 people to know about a simple make up booking . Anyway, I booked for myself and my two children. Just a week before the party date , the receptionist rang me to notify a change in the rate for make up. When I asked the reason she said that that's what her "Madam" told now. I got disappointed and asked to give a proper reason or the contact details of this Madam. She said Madam is busy and will rerun the call. We waited for long hours and nobody rang. So, I rang back again and the receptionist handed over the phone to somebody she called as "Senior". This senior was extremely rude over the phone and hang up.... What pathetic customer service.... Zero rating for this unprofessional staff and businesses.....

I got a hair botox treatment and pedicure done with them last day. Sonam did my hair botox, and Nithya handled my pedicure. Both were incredibly professional. I had a very good experience overall. A special mention goes to the cleaning chechi (I forgot her name)--she was very sweet and helpful.

I have no words to express my satisfaction level. Especially Mr. Vishnu, the senior staff there is worthy and he gave me such an outstanding output which I was able to deliver for my wedding day. They did my assessments and plannings on the first day (haircut, beard, make up, facial). And on wedding day he juz smashed it. Such a brilliant artist. Highly recommended
