I had my pre-engagement facial, detan pedicure, manicure, and threading done by Chaaru, one of the staff. She was incredibly friendly, attentive, and maintained a high standard of cleanliness throughout. Her service was perfect, making the entire experience truly relaxing and refreshing. Highly recommended!

I've been visiting Reem Up, a quality salon and parlour, for my haircuts for the past two years and consistently had excellent experiences. The staff is well-trained, and the prices are reasonable, making it a great value. One of the highlights is their efficient service -- even on weekends, there's minimal waiting time due to their ample staff. Plus, the location at TMS Center offers plenty of parking, adding to the convenience.

I had been visiting Reem-up for over the past 2 years or even more. The salon offers a great ambience, with all the wonderful staff over there, and I used to feel so comfy with their services. But from the past few months, I began experiencing unwelcome and arrogant attitude from one of their staff, Betzy, who communicates like the owner of the salon. The same staff used to be warm during her joining days, but she began to treat me rudely eversince she began controlling front desk operations. On one instance, she spoiled my eyebrows by thinning one of it, but she was not admitting her mistake when I asked about it. Thereafter I completely avoided her and began getting it done by other staff. On May 4, 2025, I visited the salon by around 7 :30 pm and enquired to Archana about availing few services. I got threading done by Charu and then Archana directed Deepak to assist me for hair services. Meanwhile, Betzy was ignoring me throughout, pretending to be busy over phone. Since I knew it was already late, I told Deepak in advance that it was fine with either hot oil massage or hair colouring if he was lacking time.But he whole-heartedly assured me both the services as he had taken next day off. Atlast,when I was about to make the payment, Deepak received call from Betzy and I was charged Rs 100 extra! I had to get into an argument with Archana & Betzy as they had concealed about it before proceeding for the services. Even Deepak wasn't aware about it! It was not about the extra payment, but what offended me was the insulting tone of Betzy with whom I had to argue. Had they any problem regarding shortage of time, they could have denied it politely in advance. Instead, I was allowed to proceed, and Betzy who stayed silent until then, finally showed off her attitude, put me under pressure and made me feel it like a punishment. I feel, there is no need to pay out of hand and bear with the insult. I am never gonna visit this salon in future. It was the worst such experience from a reputed salon!!

I had a wonderful experience at Reemup. The staffs were friendly, professional, and attentive to my needs. The ambiance was relaxing and the salon was clean and well-maintained. My stylist,Ramesh kannan did an amazing job, and I left feeling refreshed and confident. He is very friendly and professional in his work. I got a haircut and facial and it turned out exactly as I wanted--if not better! They took the time to listen to my preferences and made sure I was comfortable throughout the process. I am not a person who personally have any issues with you or your saloon and i was one of the frequent costumers too. But last two times i visited i had issues with your costumer services . The first time I ignored and the second time i had to post my review on google as it is a personal right of any person. ( freedom of speech and freedom to express our views if you don't know) after me putting a review you came personally and threatened me and my friend that if we did not change our review we are going to face consequences. After that incident only both of our parents responded in the same platform. I am very disappointed with your actions so i hope you can continue legally and i am also letting you know we can also move legally for the what happened and trying to address me as not a genuine person.
