PWD Rest House Ponnani

One of the best place to stay at Ponnani. Very near to the town and river. Well behaved employees. Spacious parking facilities. Rooms are clean and tidy. Well maintained rooms. No toiletries. No television. Calm and quiet surroundings. Very very affordable rate. Double bed room without air-conditioned charges only 400 hundred bucks!! With air-conditioned charges Rs.750 !! Check in time is 1pm and check out is 11 am. No restaurant. But there are number of restaurants around the rest house. Nearest railway station is Tirur. Nearest bus stand: Ponnani. Nearest Airport is Kozhikode. Attractions: Ponnani Beach, Thunchan Parambu, Ponnani Harbour.

One of the best rest houses in Kerala. Well maintained building with neat and clean environment. Rest house Includes a spacious dining hall also. Only negative thing i noticed is only limited parking space is available inside the compound.

Great stay at a very affordable rate at the PWD rest house in Ponnani. The caretaker was helpful and friendly. There are shops close by for all your requirements.

Well maintained and less crowded rest house. Situated in Chandappadi Junction. It's worth for money. Regular buses are available for Kuttippuram and Edappal. For parking there are enough space for 10+ vehicles. Drawback: Canteen is not available and can't find good restaurants in Chandappadi Junction.

The PWD rest house at Ponnani is very good, well maintained and beautiful..we can' t believe that this one is owned by a government department, so well maintained with quality products..the place is very calm and location is beautiful, though it's in the city area itself...
