One of punalur's overrated beauty salon and overhyped too. Very disappointed experience for beauty treatments. Once all of your needs have been met, they will charge you extra if you haven't confirmed twice for each item rate (they'll smile and say, "Madam, we did extra pack without our permission"). Mother and I had a facial for about 3500/-no benefit, and we're not sure if they applied the exact pack that we asked for. Manicure and pedicure also . Very dissatisfied with their treatment.

I had a service little good but my face has scar which is of over heated wax . So I had a little bad service. It done for me and mom . Both of us had that scar mark. I didn't suggest this shop . Because I had worst experience in my life . Staff manner are good . But service was bad.

Worst experience, As my sister is a new mom, she made the baby sleep and came for threading, we have waited for half an hour and they haven't even consider calling her and moved on with other customer... Poor customer service. Will not suggest this place.

Great place and service rendered by staffs especially haircut and spa. Nice ambience and will definitely recommend my family and friends to visit Lush.
