I recently took my 6-year-old for a haircut there, and I was shocked by the price. They charged 500 plus GST, which seems highly overpriced for a boy's haircut. While the salon was clean and the staff was polite, the service didn't justify the cost. I expected better pricing transparency and value for money. Definitely won't be returning

My stylist listened carefully to what I wanted and offered helpful suggestions. The cut itself was expertly done and exactly what I had hoped for. Worst management and worst customer service. The previous management was better now a new management is introduced and which is greedy for money. I have booked appointment the manager one lady has given me the package and I have taken the service. After the service the manager said they have no idea about the package and asked me to pay extra money. And as I have taken the service have paid all the money and till now they have not given the bill. Also a lot of arguments for extra money and so on. The manager is so arrogant and greedy. Even the employees there saying the same. Better to get the a signed copy of the package before getting the service. Not at all trustworthy.
