Disappointed with Staff Behaviour I visited the store today and the experience was disappointing. One of the senior staff member was rude and unhelpful. The attitude was annoying, and the communication was very irritating.They did not cooperate with our needs, making us feel insulted during our purchase. It was a bad experience overall. I hope the management takes steps to improve staff training and customer service.

Pros: They have a good collection of makeup, skincare from almost all brands and even some imported ones. Wide collection of accessories but most of it is tacky and costly if you look at the quality. Occasionally you may find something good if you look enough. They also have stationery and some bags, wallets, show pieces and gift items. Cons: The customer service is TERRIBLE. I dread going to this store but it is the only place where most things are available. There are way too many salespeople in the store, mostly talking really loudly amongst themselves or staring at you like you are going to shoplift their cheap accessories. When you enter one person will attach themselves to you. You must know "exactly every single item that you want", because they will ask you every two seconds "anything else? Are you done? Can we bill?" and try to push you to bill as soon as possible. You cannot browse in peace at all even if you tell them you want to browse. If you ask them for a product their first answer is always "no" and you have to keep requesting them to take it off the shelf and show you. They tend to be quite rude and disinterested in making any kind of sale.

They've a huge collection of everything "female". We're not all about earrings and cosmetics, but they have those. They've got great parking. The staff's really nice. Prices are a bit over the top. It's really spacious and usually not crowded, at least not the coupla times I've been there.

Alankar Magic Beauty consist lots of face mask, facial creams, makeup kits, beauty items, kids items, toys, hair dryer, ladies items like - nail polish, hair band, necklaces, bangles, Bindi (potttt), etc. Customer service is total average experience. Most of them sometimes get panics if customer asked any product to buy. Why that happens I don't understand. The parking area is great. Modern Diagnostics Center is also near this shop, that's why the parking area is big. Just an average shop with cosmetic items. The hair dryer is so expensive here.
