Had a great experience at Naturals Salon, Tiruvalla..Sreethumaya did my nails and I couldn't be happier with the result.... was very professional, patient, and paid great attention to each detail.... Loved how neat and beautiful my nails turned out... Highly recommend her if you're looking for quality nail work!

I recently visited Naturals in Thiruvalla for a haircut and beard trim. My barber, Ali was meticulous and experienced. He was friendly and paid attention to tiny details. While the service itself was quite good, there were a couple of significant drawbacks that affected my overall experience. Firstly, during my session, the electricity went out for about 3-5 minutes, which was quite unsettling. A total blackout can be scary. A professional salon of this caliber should have a reliable backup system that provides uninterrupted experience for its customers. Secondly, the environment was excessively noisy and mite I say a little unhygienic, you can look at the pictures. The place had a constant chatter and a generally loud atmosphere. While some level of background noise is expected in a busy salon, the lack of a more relaxing ambiance took away from the experience. Overall, while the quality of the haircut and beard trim was up to the mark, these operational shortcomings prevent me from rating this experience higher than three stars.

Tony provided excellent service, with a gentle and professional approach that made the entire process smooth and comfortable. We recently took our little one to Naturals Salon in Thiruvalla for a haircut, and I must say, the experience was wonderful! From the moment we walked in, the staff was welcoming, and the environment was clean and child-friendly. Mr. Tony took the time to make sure our baby felt comfortable, and he was very skilled at handling delicate situations. The result was a cute and neat haircut, exactly how we envisioned it. Mr. Tony has a great understanding of working with little ones and truly knows how to keep them calm while delivering a great look. We left the salon feeling very satisfied and will definitely be returning for future haircuts. Highly recommend Mr. Tony for anyone looking for a professional and caring stylist for their child. The overall service at Naturals is top-notch, and we had a very positive experience.

My wife went there yesterday asking for a pixie cut, but they didn't know how to do it for a curly hair. They didn't admit that they can't do, but kept acting as if she is not communicating well. Finally she came back without doing it. Today I took my son for a simple haircut. They were busy and told they will call me. Later asked me to come by 4.30pm, but still made us wait there till 6pm to get our turn. The lady in the reception doesn't give any clarity. BTW, the barber was good and did a decent job.

I went there for the first time for my beard trimming and hair cut, I always wanna be satisfied with the money I pay and here I was very much satisfied - the sweet guy who cut my hair was Jasik, he cut my hair as per how I wanted it, and trimmed my beard with patience as I had made him trim my beard twice with two different size numbers because I wanted to check how small of a beard would be good for me. then he gave me a hair wash which I was new to, they didn't charge me anything for the hair wash as they expressed that it's their service to give hair wash to the people who cut hair over there, I felt nicely served. Another Guy, Tony, when I went for the next two times. I was impressed by the way he handled my face with care while shaving my facial hair, he was caring it as if it's his own face, and very detailed and experienced he is, proper service of an experienced person, utterly satisfied with the price and service these young guys provide. You can go over here and get your things done, all I would tell you is - you have to be sweet to the people who serve you, and if you are sweet and let them know what exactly you want them to do for you with some photos of hair cuts or beards or something that you vision yourself as, then they will do the same for you.
