I visted them 2 years ago for hair colouring. You might be wondering why am putting up a review after 2 years. This is because even after 2 years I am soo dissapointed and angry at myself for choosing this saloon for hair colouring. Their service sucked and also they do not know how to do hair colouring. It still makes me soo sad that I let them colour my hair for my brothers wedding and spend money on their bad service. Please I beg you to appoint staffs who know how to do the work. People come to your saloon with huge expectations and all you did was give them trauma for the rest of their life. I am even now scared to visit any other hair saloons as am scared to get a result like yours.

Good service at good price. I came from ernakulam to attend a wedding at thiruvalla. I approached them for a hair-do and make up. It was a sunday and the day before X'mas. Still, they opened the parlour at 8am and staff remya came for it. She was very friendly, listened to all my requirements and did my make up in a very natural way without overdoing. My sister got married day before yesterday. Initially we had booked Precious Bridals Kottayam.. but they seemed to quite rude and non acccommodative. We decided to change to someone in Thiruvalla. Richfeel became our choice and thank god we chose them. Ms. Mini is so warm and considerate taking care of all our worries. The makeup was spot on natural looking. Proper hair and makeup trial was done prior to wedding. They took care of all floral works as well including wedding car decoration.
