There isn't enough seating for even 50 people, and to make things worse, the gents' waiting area is located outside the building. In this hot weather, expecting companions to wait outside for 6-7 hours while their family members receive services is a terrible experience. It's uncomfortable and unreasonable, especially for a place of this scale and reputation. I sincerely hope the management takes this feedback seriously and provides a proper, air-conditioned waiting area for companions. This simple addition would greatly enhance the overall experience and make it truly world-class.

The salon lacked privacy, with too many people and not enough mirrors to check the back of the haircut. Fortunately, my haircut turned out fine. The rates were reasonable, but customer care definitely needs improvement.

I had my haircut and hair colouring done 2 days back and the result was horrible. I have showed them a video from their own instagram page as a reference. But the person who attended me said that they've mentioned random hair colour names in the video and that it's not real. He said he'll suggest a suitable colour according to my skintone. Result - the colour is not even visible. And the haircut is the worst I've ever got. Layers are uneven. Now I can't keep my hair open or tied. Everything looks bad to worst. I have been going to Fair salon for the past 10 years and was always satisfied with their services. Especially haircut. But this time, it was really disappointing. The person had no idea about what he was doing and was keep on suggesting things. Horrible experience. Never going to visit again.

The best spa inhave ever seen and experienced. From the entrance security to people at the welcome counter and service providing team are kind enough with their customers by delivering exceptional services. Found most of the services are affordable to most of the people. Thank you Fair for treating everyone fairly
