It's a nightmare to visit this saloon, they are literally cheaters, u unexceptional hides charges and poor service, and when you try to find ans for it they will become rude, pls pls pls do not visit this unprofessional place, pathetic experience

I visited the beauty salon for colour/highlights on my hair this Friday. However, even after four days of having strands of my hair coloured, there is COLOUR BLEEDING! I had my hair washed thrice after that, at home and my washroom tiles bear a pinkish shade now! Never experienced this ever before after a hair colour. Not sure if this is normal! DISAPPOINTED, especially since I was not warned..

I recently visited Jajis Innovation for a beard trim and was extremely disappointed with the service. My beard style was completely ruined, and the final look was far from what I expected. I had also booked a facial but chose to cancel it and leave immediately. The experience didn't match the hype -- it's all show, no substance. Definitely not worth it.

A great saloon, I went twice for haircuts and it was a good experience, once I went around 9pm still they were patient enough and were very professional. Haircut costs Rs 300 and the treatment for hair before trimming is well done including washing and conditioning. The interiors are pleasant and warm especially during the night.

Pros and cons Pros: The haircut was very nice and works on my wavy hair. Wash and blow dry also good. Stylist was nice communicative and gentle. Eyebrow threading was done well Cons: big and nice lounge , bit cramped haircut area. Didn't get receipt and they push you to take subscription Stylist was coughing without mask and I caught an infection I bought some of their products, terrible products don't buy them

I am highly impressed with jajis salon in triavndrum, such an amazing journey and amazing commitment to their work. They take their work so seriously and also put so much heart and soul into it. They gave me suggestions for my hair which was absolutely on mark. I could observe joy as they work on a customer. Sometimes surprises come from the most unexpected places and this is one . I live in another city and came here on vacation and was looking for a place to do my hair and i got them on Google . Their service , conversations, suggestions and warmth all are super

The stylist listened carefully to what i wanted and even offered great suggestions to enhance the style. The haircut exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend for anyone looking for a great haircut

Over hyped salon with no basic hygeine practices or facilities. Inexperienced staff with low quality products. 1. coloured half of my naturally medium brown coloured hair to black and said it was to give grey coverage. 2. Gave the worst U shaped hair cut. 3. Requested for an outward curl blow out and the guy gave me half side curl and said outward curls cannot be done on my hair. 4. There's no proper pedicure facility. Don't have any disposable tools neither do they sanitize it. Use the same unclean tools on everyone. 5. No colour selection for nail paints. After all this gave a full price bill and asked to take a membership if I wanted a discount.
