Worst Experience Ever - Totally Unprofessional! I had the most horrible experience at Kavita's Family Salon. I went in for a simple waxing session, but what I got was nothing short of a nightmare. The staff was completely unprofessional - they seemed clueless about proper hygiene and technique. The person who attended to me was in a hurry, rough, and didn't even bother to check if I was comfortable. I ended up with skin irritation and patches that lasted for days. What shocked me the most was their casual attitude when I complained. No apology, no responsibility - just blank stares and excuses. For a place that calls itself a "family salon," their standards are shockingly low. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Please save your skin, time, and money - stay away from Kavita's!

I left feeling frustrated and disappointed especially considering my money I spent. Extremely poor service and a very unpleasant experience. The beauty therapist seemed unprofessional and I didnot feel relaxed or comfortable at any point.

Undergone smoothening treatment with this salon. It was a very bad experience I had ever faced .After smoothening they advice to spa as per their advice I done all these process and I paid what they charged ..after a week I lost 70 percent of my hair..nd still now losing ..I reported that of losing of my hair to this salon they simply said hair might loss of this treatment ..They use very cheap products that's the cause of my hair loss.. these kind of salons are nightmares . If you are caring of hair pls avoid these type of salons
