I recently visited this salon for a Brazilian Botox treatment. While the ambiance and staff were friendly, I left a bit disappointed. I have short, thin hair that barely reaches my shoulders, yet I was charged the same amount (8.5k) as another customer who had thick, waist-length hair. Additionally, she had 3-4 staff members attending to her, whereas only one person handled my entire session. I expected the pricing and service to be more tailored to individual needs. I hope the salon considers introducing a more transparent and flexible pricing system based on hair length, volume, and effort involved. It would definitely improve the overall experience for clients like me.

My experience in koodu was really great.The attending staff Ms Aswathy was really nice and it felt so easy to communicate and convey our needs with them. She was so open to the new ideas and was willing to clear all the doubts I had.Thank you koodu for this nice experience

Hi, I visited Koodu for my hair treatment (Brazilian Botox). My hair stylish was Vishnu bro done his job very well. I really loved my hair after treatment. Good ambience and friendly staffs. Special thanks for Vishnu bro.

The staffs are inexperienced, the quality of massage in facial, pedicure and hot oil is very poor. The staffs are disrespectful to the customers and do not know how to behave. The staff at the billing counter initially made a bill charging twice that of the actual charges, which upon enquiring, they corrected. Overall, a very bad experience. Not worth the money and time.

The malayali staffs are very badly behaving each other while customers are there, they are playing each other, most lady staffs are verylazy in work. The billing staff put a twice bigger bill and when enquired, said sorry and issued another bill. Let someone authoritative be there always.
