It was my first time at naturals. I was attended by Thushara, and had an amazing experience. The hair spa treatment they offer is worth every penny. Their hospitality and efficiency is worth the praise. Definitely would recommend visiting them at-least once.

Naturals is definitely a great place to indulge in self-care, and I understand that their treatments come with a premium price, considering the amenities they provide. However, experiencing a high-end pedicure without air conditioning is truly uncomfortable. Unfortunately, I've had to go through this twice. The first time was last year when I inquired about the broken AC, and they assured me that it had just happened the day before, and the technician was on their way. Now, a year later, it seems the technician still hasn't arrived. Paying around Rs 900 and having to sweat through the session was definitely not what I expected.
