I recently had a hair oil massage session with Gayatri, and bread grooming with Bishal, it was absolutely incredible! The massage was soothing and deeply nourishing--exactly what my scalp and hair needed. The choice of oil was perfect, and she used just the right amount of pressure to melt away all the tension. My hair felt softer and healthier afterward, and I left feeling completely refreshed. I'll definitely be booking with Gayatri again. Highly recommended!

I had a haircut at roots on 25th Dec, this was the first time visiting this salon . As it was a public holiday I couldn't get an appointment anywhere else, I saw the good reviews and decided to go ahead. I reached there on time around 11am. I asked for a layer cut which is very common one. Attaching the pic of what it is now. I had really long hair and not very thin also. I agree it was frizzy. They suggested me a spa which I agreed and did the haircut after that. It took around 3+ hours ,Spa was ok but I dint see a much benefit but my haircut was pathetic. I literally felt so bad after my haircut. I wouldn't suggest anyone visiting there. After spending almost 4K i was so disappointed and will never visit this place again

Just got my haircut and I'm super happy with the results! The stylist Vishal was too friendly, listened to exactly what I wanted, and gave me a fresh, clean look that suits me perfectly. The place was clean, well-organized, and had a great vibe. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a sharp cut and great service.

Kudos on having skilled professionals who deliver top-notch services! The lady who attended to me did a fantastic job, and I truly appreciate her expertise. However, it's a shame that the same level of attention hasn't been extended to basic hospitality. For a salon that bills a customer 5k and above , one would expect, at the very least, a simple offer of water or coffee--especially when clients are sitting there for extended periods. It's not about the beverage; it's about making customers feel valued and cared for. Training staff in customer service is just as important as their technical skills. If luxury pricing is the standard, luxury experience should follow. Hope this is taken as constructive feedback and not something that gets brushed off like unwanted split ends.

I had a very good experience at The Roots. I had my hair cut by Mr.Bishal ( if I remember the name correctly. ). The layer cut he did for me was really good. He did hair cut for my 11 month old baby also. He was very patient and careful during the whole time even though my kid kept on moving his head. Overall I had a really good experience.

I went for a facial today at Roots, Vazhuthacaud and was attended to by Nasim Shah. She was very professional and friendly as well. She used to ask for permission before application of the masks and massages. Very good experience in overall.
