Thanima Beauty Lounge - Infy

Disappointed with my first visit to Thanima. I opted for an anti-dandruff hair spa, but only the machine was used to remove flakes -- no solution, no massage, nothing else. Yet I was asked to pay the full 1600. After questioning, I still had to pay 75% for barely 30% of the service. What upset me more was the attitude -- I was made to feel like I was trying to avoid payment, even after taking services worth 28,000. Very unprofessional and unfair. On a positive note, the premium botox by Vishnu was amazing -- truly well done. But due to this experience, I won't be recommending Thanima.

The ambience is well lit up and good. However, I was not happy with 2 services - facial and pedicure. I discussed my concerns with Mrs Gayathri in person, and I believe she will help rectify it. The haircut was quick and nice!

I had a wonderful experience with their service! I opted for a diamond facial ahead of a function, and Sreeja did an excellent job. She explained each step clearly and made sure I was comfortable throughout. The service was professional and relaxing--highly recommend!

Had guest makeup done for my brother's wedding, and reception. Both looks were really good. The reception look was exceptional. The work done by Ms. Reshma, and Ms. Chinnu were good. They were working as per our instructions, and makes us feel at peace. Really grateful I chose this place

I recently had the pleasure of getting a hair makeover and facial at Thanima by Dona and Shemyy Chechi, And I'm so happy with the results Dona did my threading, and I was impressed by her precision and gentle touch. My brows have never looked better! Shemyy Chechi did facial, and the experience was just as wonderful. She took the time to explain the products used and tailored the treatment to my skin type. Overall, I highly recommend their services! The atmosphere was welcoming, and both Dona and Shemyy Chechi were professional and friendly. I can't wait to return for my next appointment!

Had a wonderful experience with Sreeja and Al Shifa. Sreeja did the facial service very neatly and was gentle with my skin. Her promptness and sweet nature were appreciable. Al Shifa also did a good job in manicure and pedicure.Highly recommend both of them from Thanima.
