Skilled and patient staff with a clean environment. The experience was good, though a bit pricey, but the results were worth it. The chair was uncomfortable, but they mentioned plans to replace it. Overall, a positive experience.

This is my second visit to this salon, and this time I had a hair botox treatment. The customer service was exceptional, and I was extremely pleased with the experience. Staff member Shema handled each step with great care and professionalism, ensuring I was comfortable throughout the entire process. I also received a complimentary pedicure from Jasmine, which was incredibly relaxing. My husband had a haircut and beard shaping, both of which turned out very neat. The pricing is fair and transparent as well. Highly recommend!

I had a good experience at Lakme salon. MUA Divya did my make up and hair which was really good, it was for my engagement function. The makeup products used are not from Lakme. The number of staff is less, which made some delay in our programme, as my sister had come to do her hair as they told me it could be done there as well. As there was already another appointment, she had to go back home, which delayed everything.
