Enjoyed the friendly banter with the staff. A lot of people know that the bride is always on the edge on her wedding day. The friendly demeanor of Shafeenaz really brought down the load. Thanks for the apple too. I really liked the end result too. But please come on time next time.

Very bad experience, such unpleasant atmosphere in tcr shops , very unhygienic and charges a hefty sum I don't think she even sanitises her equipment after every appointments. When I asked her about it, she harshly dabbed the makeup brush on me and asked to bring my own makeup. Lady if you charge 20000 for a makeup it's your responsibility to make sure what you use on others skin is safe and sanitised. After using her typical Mac vala lipstick (used directly on the lips of every bride)I got blisters on my lips .highly money minded she just wants money and for it she uses her sugar coated words , never recommending this to anyone . And still if anyone wants to go please make sure she sanitises her brush in front of u or either ask her to use a new pair of brush it's your right as you pay what she ask for a hefty sum of 25k or more for some products which is out of expiry.

She is a very rude person . I was assured a trial makeup session and she gave an appointment. I was not staying in kerala so I double confirmed it with dem . On the supposed day she calls and cancels it saying she got other bookings and yells at me saying that I shud blindly trust her . Later after heated argument and asking for refund for my ticket cost she agreed to do the trial she asked me to come at 7 am & after reaching there she kept me waiting for 4 hours in a room without electricity and when my mom asked she says it's power failure and we must learn to tolerate the heat as we are women . On the wedding day my muhurtham was of 8 am she told me she n her team would be there by 5 am but they ended up coming at 7:30 am and she did a mediocre makeup and charged a good 30k from me

She has a good artistic and style sense and knows what makeup, hairdo or dressing style suits each individual. Her makeup skills r really good n shes quick at it too.The bridal rates were 45 K total for wedding eve and D day, which i think is too much.
