Very bad experience when i went there for my kid. Receptionist especially. Not accomodating, not welcoming. I went there after travelling about 15km in heavy traffic . Reached there at 7.40pm. They said closing time is 8,so cant do haircut today. It was for a function for my kid. They were very unpleasant to deal with. Very poor dealings. Will never recommend them.

Me and my mom had gone there for haircut, coloring and others and was assisted by staff Kuldeep, Deepa and Sandeep. They had amazing customer service and took all our requests into consideration while doing the hair cut and coloring. We were really satisfied with the service and approach. They also gave us clear instructions on how to do post-treatment hair care. So happy with the staff and service!

Good ambiance. Clean area. Affordable prices. They do have native stylists if you are only comfortable communicating in Malayalam. The place is not crowded. Equipments are in good condition. Last time I went, they used disposable hair cutting apron. Hair was getting inside throw it. It was a bad experience. I hope they changed it after covid limitations ended.

I don't know much about beauty parlour. Its the first time i gone to a parlour and do facial. The service was good and pricing was average. (Not very high but affordable). We visited here at about 7 pm. Its said in lots of review that vising early morning (mostly at shop opening ) is best for good service. Here gents and ladies secton are separate. And in it also has separate washing area dressing area and facial area.

Very bad experience for my kids. The staffs are not welcoming either. Refering to the receptionist. Do understand their work pressure, but should show some culture. Her language clearly defines her culture.

Very comfortable and affordable parlour. Had a very good experience especially the stylist, Bishnu was very friendly. Definitely happy with the service .

I was beyond satisfied with my experience and highly recommend Tulips to anyone looking for fabulous hair and fantastic servic.Also BISHNU chechy who done keratin and another chechy who done facial are well mannered and respect their customers
