I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Lakme Salon! From the moment I walked in, the ambiance was warm, elegant, and inviting. But what truly made my visit exceptional was the outstanding customer service provided by Chanthini. She was incredibly attentive, professional, and kind throughout my entire appointment. Chanthini took the time to understand exactly what I wanted, gave honest suggestions, and delivered results that far exceeded my expectations. Her attention to detail and gentle approach made me feel completely pampered and at ease. It's rare to come across someone so genuinely dedicated to making clients feel special. Chanthini is truly a gem, and Lakme Salon is lucky to have her. I'll definitely be coming back - and recommending both the salon and Chanthini to everyone I know!

This is my third time visiting this salon. The first time, I had a good experience. This is the second time I'm having a bad experience. I had an appointment for hair ironing for my engagement at 8:30, but the salon opened at 9:30. I did receive a confirmation message for this appointment, but they claimed that I had not confirmed it however my hair styling was perfect and the staff member who did it was excellent. This time, my sister also had her hair ironed, but it did not last even an hour. My other sister had an expensive hair spa, which was also a waste of money. They did not have a clear idea about the prices when billing also ..Overall, it was not worth it.

This salon is highly disappointing. The prices are excessively high, and when I went in for a simple haircut, I was constantly pressured into purchasing additional, expensive treatments. I've also heard numerous complaints about the poor management and rude behaviour towards employees. My own experience at this salon was far from satisfactory. I strongly recommend choosing a different salon where you can spend your money wisely and receive better service.

Me and my daughter had a wonderful experience at Lakme Salon. I had my hair be treated and repaired which was so relaxing, and the end result is just breathtaking and made me lost for words. My daughter had her hair styled and cut, as well as shampooing and conditioning, which she said felt soothing and great. The staff were very professional and friendly, and we are grateful for their service and hospitality. Shanavas, had done treatment to me and my daughter, and has done such a fabulous job, he was careful and professional. Highly recommended, Thanks so much!
