Went to this salon with high hopes, but unfortunately, it was a big letdown. My friend asked for soft, face-framing bangs, but what she got was uneven, choppy, and nothing like what she wanted. It looked rushed and careless. Really disappointed with the lack of attention to detail. Wouldn't recommend for haircuts, especially bangs.

Terrible experience. I went in just wanting a small trim for my front bangs, but they ended up cutting way too much hair from the front. Now it looks nothing like what I asked for -- they thinned out my front way too much, and it's completely messed up my hairstyle. I showed a reference and explained what I wanted yet such a bad bangs , I'm so upset and regret going there. Definitely not going back.
