Everyone who gave you 1 star for your service, they are honest & you will have to accept it. Staff don't know how to behave with customer as say Hi MAM, THANK YOU Mam. It's a common etiquette. I satisfied with the customer's who talked about the owners behavior towards customer. I also felt they are arrogant . You can't say NO to your customer to do anything again. If we don't like anything then you should try to improve your mistake. And Priti mam( owner) also talk very rudely to customer. My experience was very bad with her on my engagement, when she did my makeup.she denied to polish my nails then My friend did it for me. I am satisfied with hair dresser bt not happy . I said him to short my hair again so he replied, I should have told him before. How's it possible. After see my hair style I think it should be more short hence I request him to short my hair & of course he did it.. He is good. You should respect your customer expectations..

My experience is very bad. They are too much charge for every service and the bridal makeup is not good and expensive i will not going to anyone recommend this saloon never.

i went for haircut ,they hv ruined my long hair ,they charge hefty amount but the service is poor , ,i asked for layer cut they gave me uneven hair cut in just 5 mins.staff is not trained .. and they dont knw how to cut hair and behave with client hairdresser started yelling aise hi hoga haircut.my hair look mess no dimension and after haircut my hair are uneven..bottom line agr lambe baal khrb nhi krne ho mt jana uche neche hair cut krte hain
