Got my manicure done and it was good not gonna lie just the nail paint applying part was quite messy because the nail paints used were not of good quality. They got all messy though we teied drying them up many times

I have been a regular customer since past 1.5 years. Service has been great as well as no extra amount has been charged ever. The saloon is clean and tidy. Looking to be sticking as their regular customer.

They are running a fraud scam here. It's been a very long duration since I've been following up for my extra amount to get a refund from them. First they will ask you to pay them through thr QR code and after a while around half an hour you'll receive a call from them " Mam apka payment fail hogaya hai and will ask you to pay them again on a pvt number and when you'll say it has already been deducted from my account they will say it will get refund in three working days. I paid them on the 5th of September 2024 thinking about generosity, and it's been today I'm following up on WhatsApp and they seem in no intention to refund my extra amount. Now I am proceeding with complaining in the consumer forum, anybody else who has faced the same problem kindly do put efforts to get your amount back rather than sitting quietly. The amount may be small for one customer, but it can become huge if done numerous in a transaction.

there is big word for them"bakvas". Staff is really unprofessional and non-experienced. They don't know how to cut the hair on top of that they are charging 199 for hair cut ... i think they should have done it free. Staff is just learning how to cut the hair. Don't take waxing services too. its worst. All are fresher and just getting trained by trying on us. They hold every customer if they are busy too. and unexpectedly make them busy so that there customers won't go. not valuing customer time and money.

Pathetic experience. The staff is inexperienced to its core. Trainees are kept for haircuts to conduct experiments on clients. It's been more than 4-5 visits of mine but the same thing happens all the time. I went for a haircut and they just ruined it every time. They should hire some professionals for the service they're providing. Been a bad experience with the salon every time.

Highly disappointing service please do not go here for any skin service . They are making fool of customers, do not respect customer time and money. I took facial service on sunday. The lady completed facial in just 25 minutes and said madam itna hi time me facial complete krte h hamare yaha.. gel/cream massage for only 7 mintues ... highly disgusting. And this service is for high end facial costing more than 1500. In the end owner was not present in saloon. Thereafter i complained to manager who was present there... he said maam sorry , we will improve. Higly disappointing service and staff. They wasted my time and money both.please do not go here for service.
