I recently visited Matrix Salon and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. The staff was professional, welcoming, and truly attentive to what I was looking for. The ambiance of the salon was clean, modern, and relaxing, making it a perfect place to unwind while getting pampered. The stylist took the time to understand my preferences and offered helpful suggestions without being pushy. I was especially impressed with the quality of the products they used -- my hair felt healthier and looked amazing afterward. The Problem with such Salon is they charge Money for professionally trained employees and keep service of normal or below normal shops. There experienced employees egoistic are having no interest in doing Job, they pass the work to junior new employees. Those are not properly trained and often make mistakes. At the end customer feels fooled for paying Good Price for a service he could have got at 1/3rd of price. #If your experienced employees are not interested in Men Hair Cutting or Beard Setting, directly remove this service or say no that you people don't offer.

Our family had a wonderful experience at this salon recently. Me and my daughter were attended by hair stylist Dev, my son and husband saw hairstylist Abhijit. Both the hairstylists were very thorough, patient( especially with my little kiddos). They did an amazing job. We were exceptionally happy with the services, ambience and the staff.

Exceptional service at this salon, we came from Australia, I received hair colouring and botox treatment and my daughter received a smoothing treatment we worked with dev and abhijit and we are beyond satisfied with the results. The employees have great customer service skills and ensured we were comfortable during our consultation. My daughter and I also received a face cleaning and de-tan from muskan and our skin feels very refreshed and clean. Beyond satisfied with all the services we received. Definitely recommend if you are looking for a good family salon.

Worst experience. Aap sabhi se request hai, do not go there. Think twice before getting your hair color or hair wash done, because my younger sister went there to get a hair color and her whole face is swollen now. We also went to their salon to confront them if they used a expired product or put a large amount of activater but they were not ready to accept their fault and also the owner was very rude he was blaming us + on top of that he was verbally abusing us my sister is hospitalized now this is serious guys do not ignore this please be aware of this incident

Pushy Hairdressers, Good Haircut "I had an overall satisfactory experience at this salon. The hairdressers displayed expertise, although at times they were a bit too eager to sell their products. The haircut they gave my daughter was excellent, and I appreciated the quality of their equipment. The salon itself is spacious and caters primarily to women. Additionally, they offer dedicated parking for their customers. I deducted one star due to their persistent pushiness in promoting their products."
