Very unprofessional hair stylist I had high expectations for this salon, but unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. I showed the stylist a clear reference photo, but the final result looked nothing like what I wanted. The curls were not defined, and the overall shape was off . my hair look frizzy instead of smooth . I had to go to another salon to fix the hair style for an event. I dont know what product the applied on my hair for hairstyle after that my hair became very rough and hair fall also increased For the 1000 I paid , I expected much better service and skill. I won't be returning, and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone looking for a precise, professional hairstyle.

I recently visited Illusions Makeover Studio at Arera colony and was amused by the excellent aura of place. I am impressed with their high level of service and attention to detail. The staff were friendly and made me feel completely at ease. My stylist listened to my requests and provided expert suggestions, resulting in a fabulous new look that I absolutely love. The salon itself is clean, modern, and comfortable, making for a relaxing experience overall. I would highly recommend this salon to anyone looking for a top-notch hair salon.

My experience and association with IMS has been amazing. I love the way they deal with their clients. They are very approachable and staff working is very positive, well mannered. I would strongly recommend people to visit the salon.

I'm pretty sure all these 5 star reviews are fake. One would expect good service for such a high price they ask but all they throw at us is unprofessional behaviour and incompetence. Please save yourself and avoid at all costs.

The ambiance was very awesome, the staff is well trained. They were very humble and good at their skills and knowledge experience All staff.which helped me understand the kind of look I would like to have. I would surely recommend.
