I booked this service for party makeup and hair styling, but my overall experience was disappointing. While the base makeup was good, it was one tone darker than my skin, which didn't suit me. The lipstick shade chosen was too dark, making my complexion appear darker. Although the eyeshadow turned out well, this was only after repeatedly instructing them on how I wanted it. The hairstyling was a complete letdown. Despite requesting soft curls or a messy ponytail, the stylists struggled to achieve the look even after several attempts. Instead of admitting their limitations, they insisted they could do it, which was frustrating and time-consuming. Given the positive reviews I read, I expected a much better experience. I would suggest the team work on improving hairstyling techniques and listening more attentively to customer preferences. I hope they take this feedback constructively to provide better services in the future.
