It would be great if the details of the packages were clearly mentioned in the posters, especially the ones uploaded on Instagram. The poster did not mention that only basic services would be included -- like just 10 minutes of facial and only scrub and mask in the manicure and pedicure. These things were only clarified after reaching the salon, which can be disappointing for customers. Also, at times, some staff members were seen taunting or arguing with each other, which creates an uncomfortable environment. Clear communication in the posters and a more professional atmosphere would really improve the overall customer experience.

Facial and nails done by miss Priyanka,body polishing done by chandani was very relaxing and great. They both were very professional and good in their work
