They're the absolute best..... I got my highlights done .. which was btw serving soo well and the staff was so welcoming and very helpful... so far this is my best ever salon experience

Amazing experience. My wife got wax and eyebrows done very painless and she is so happy. Naturals staff is so friendly and we'll mannered.

From the first moment I walked into Naturals salon, I felt welcomed and cared for. That was over a year ago. Naturals salon is a perfectionist. They will do whatever it takes to make sure that you feel beautiful before you leave there. Since they have a gift for suggesting what color/style /facial would best suit you. There's nothing more important to a woman than having a stylist she can trust. Naturals NEVER disappointed me!!"

Natural Salon provides good service and good behavior to the customers. We appreciate the staff, they are working very hard to give us good service, and Shobha is doing a great job as a beautician.

It's been more than five years that I have been going to Shobha here . Be it waxing , threading facial or simple cleanups Shobha is excellent. Always polite and smiling she is an above par makeup artist too with a vast knowledge of products and skin types .

Yesterday I got hair wash and blow dry in naturals E2 but they put hot water on my head , I can't tell how angry I got, I said pour cold water He said that it is because of the weather. Is there no option of hot and cold in this branded salon? No hygiene no good ambiance.it's was so pathetic salon Services was good hair and beauty.only them I giving 1star.

So I went there for highlights but the stylist suggested balayage, I asked him for just a subtle highlights not very visible one, I kept on telling him that I need subtle highlights he was adamant on balayage and finally the colour that came out was a cheap looking bleached look, when I told him that this is not what I wanted so he said ok I will correct and then he applied another colour like if we are applying shampoo and massaging and now my hair are looking like I have applied cheap burgundy coloured henna all over my hair. Waste of time, money and hair. Another thing is that I am allergy prone and thru out the process I kept requesting the stylist to not to touch roots but at the end he massaged the colour all over my scalp and now have allergy.

This is in continuation of my complaint 1 year ago for the misbehaviour done by Ms. Sapna at Naturals, DB Mall.. After that incident, I never visited Naturals, DB Mall instead I started going to Naturals, Arera Colony. Everything was going well. However, after several months, the same incident again repeated with me at Arera Colony parlour. Then I realised that the same receptionist was present at this parlour also. She has refused to provide me service at 8.00 pm telling me that our time is over. Whereas the appointment for the same was already taken at 6 from her only. Also I had been attended by them till 9 at the same parlour many times. Actually whenever she is present, she ensures to close the parlour early and go home. I also noticed that she has some psychic problems. She dictates her terms to the customers. Customers could not get the attendant of their choice. She offers the services on her own wings and Francis. When a customer opposes, she starts harassing him. She always uses sugar coated words but actually she is a fanatic and sadistic person. She enjoys harming others. I am surprised how such people are surviving in the service industry. I am sharing my experience dated 19.05.2022. It is evident that I am a permanent customer of Naturals so the purpose of sharing this incident is for the benefit of the parlour. Otherwise this parlour will also be shut down as happened with the parlour of DB Mall...
