Today I got haircut from there and I can say it is a best salon of bhopal amazing service polite and helpful professional staff and their receptionist is very humble will definitely come back soon

Services are done by Mr Shubham I basically came to do my hair highlights but end up doing hair cut and hair spa. To start with, i had my conversation with stylist and when i asked the price he said 10k for hair colour , i needed more details since price is huge but stylist being very rudely try to intimidate me by telling "aapko kya lga kitna ka hoga, aap batao budget fir me btata hu" . It seems he is so full of himself with zero customer interaction etiquette's . Anyhow when they did patch test on my hair , it didn't work and he denied service, fair enough. Well pass to my next service haircut, it was good enough. Then hair spa, he asked if i can take back massage which i agreed to as previously also whenever i take hair spa they did press my shoulders above the towel. Here i have got my hair wash -15 mins, cream application- 5 mins, 2 mins - massage on head, 15 mins - massage on my ear and neck and touched till my bra strap to do massage, it creeps me out and I asked him to do only till neck. In short head massage is so bad and creepy, he is more concentrated to do massage on neck and shoulders rather than head massage. To Nikki Bawa owners: Train your stylist to communicate properly, they should know when split of price being asked and validate their price rather than showing attitude for nothing. Second, they should be trained vigilantly that till where they are allowed to touch any customer He said sorry later of his behaviour but still not acceptable at first place. I did not mention this in centre because i did not want to dissolve this feedback of mine.

I especially come here for haircuts. My hair was done by Mr. Viiru, who assisted me very nicely and recreated exactly what I showed him as a reference. I was concerned about the length, but he turned it out in the most amazing way possible. Nikki Bawa is a must-visit when you're in search of a great haircut.

Got my bridal makeup and pre bridal done here by nikky mam, was excellent, assisted by Suhani, she's very helpful and assisted me for all my queries and was very friendly. Amazing experience with her and nikky mam. Totally recommend
