Nikky Bawa Ladies Salon

I had an amazing experience at Nikky Bawa! The stylist really understood what I wanted and gave me a haircut that suits me perfectly. The attention to detail and the friendly atmosphere made the whole experience even better. I'm super happy with the result and will definitely be coming back!

This was by far the worst facial I've ever had, and definitely not worth the money. The entire treatment was rushed, only lasting 25 minutes. They didn't use any steam, which is typically part of a good facial, and they didn't even address my blackheads. I left feeling disappointed and like I didn't get the value I paid for.

Having a known brand is not the end of your duties, one needs to maintain it. The receptionist was rude, mean and had a different level of superiority complex. The services were below standard. I got red spots due to the pressure they applied while waxing. There was no serum applied after waxing so the wax remained on my body and when I asked them, they applied a moisturizer over it. Hair spa was not at all worth the price. The staff was unprofessional, not focussed on what they're doing but in chit chatting with the other staff. Extremely judgemental.

I wish I could give zero stars. From the moment I walked in, the service was unprofessional and completely disorganized. The staff seemed more interested in chatting and gossiping about the customers that came to get the service. They were bodyshaming the customers as they came . Their boss doesnt let them have lunch. The salon was smelling badly. To top it off, they overcharged me and were extremely rude when I questioned the bill. Never coming back, and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone -- unless you enjoy wasting your money and leaving disappointed.

Good salon with average interiors. Location is too much inside a building, parking is a challenge. The trainees do the hair wash and other basic services. Unfortunately the trainee who did my hair wash was very new and didn't wash hair properly. Didn't do conditioner as well. In 2-3 times after getting up from the wash chair, my hair wash was completed. Then the hair cut. It was average and nothing extra ordinary.

Very rude and egoistic behaviour by receptionist. Still I decided to get a haircut, hairdresser didn't even paid attention to what was told, he give the cut all by himself, shortened my hair upto shoulder even I asked not to shorten length as my hair length was upto waist. Didn't apply for hair protectent serum even when asked. Got my cut within 5 minutes and not even good.
