Experience here is very good and worth it.. all the people here are very humble and helpful in every possible way. Dr sabeena ma'am has been through all the ups and downs and has been really patient and helpful throughout. Jyoti di has been the most supportive therapist and a very friendly person.. everyone here is more like a family.

I had booked an Ayurvedic Potli Massage at VLCC Bhopal, but on arrival, I was told the steamer wasn't working. This isn't the first time--during my earlier package as well, the same issue occurred. It's disappointing that customers aren't informed in advance about such problems, especially when the steamer is an important part of the therapy. If the steamer is not available, either inform beforehand, reschedule, or deduct its cost. Repeated issues like this affect the overall experience. It would be better if massage and steam were charged separately. I hope VLCC improves this aspect of their service.
