I do remember how skeptical I was to the middle partition and kept demanding also for bindi and you did that to my wants. Your attention to detail is unparalleled. What struck me most, however we started on weird note but your kindness, patience, and dedication was unparalleled. I had a very disappointing experience at this makeup studio for my sister's wedding. The makeup artists lacked basic skills and failed to deliver the polished look we expected on such an important day. They seemed untrained and unprepared for the occasion. To make matters worse, their behavior was extremely unprofessional--they argued with clients over minor issues instead of addressing concerns respectfully. This attitude, combined with their poor service, added unnecessary stress to what should have been a joyous day. I would not recommend this studio to anyone, especially for important events like weddings

She was hired by my daughter in law and I was extremely disappointed with the result as there was no contouring and the makeup was uneven. The makeup was cakey. Also on my mother's face they directly applied powder which should be the last part of makeup.we even suggested them not do so still they didn't respond to us and kept applying.My whole family was quite disappointed by the hair and makeup. WON'T SUGGEST TO ANYONE.

I visited Dewas recently for my bhanja,s wedding. My sister booked Sakshi's makeup studio to do our makeup for the wedding events. I do not normally give reviews and negative reviews never but this time I have to say I was highly dissatisfied with the makeup done by the girls in this studio. The purpose of makeup is to cover any flaws and enhance however the makeup done by these ladies was the opposite. Even though we had asked for a natural look they caked on makeup that settled in the creases of the face and made them more prominent. When we pointed that they said they could not help it makeup would settle in any lines that were on the face. On top of that they did not moisturize properly nor did they contour or do anything to highlight the facial features to the best advantage. They even used moisturizer on my mother who is an older lady and just applied powder on her face with no primer or foundation. Overall these ladies did a terrible job and were totally unapologetic about their behavior.

As a close friend of the bride and groom, I was beyond disappointed with the services provided by Sakshi Makeover. I've been to numerous weddings, and this was by far the worst makeup experience I've ever seen. The team was unprofessional and didn't listen to the bride's requests, completely disregarding her preferences. The makeup was poorly done, rushed, and started to fade and smudge by the time the ceremony started. The bride felt self-conscious all day, which is the last thing you want on such an important occasion. The bridesmaids were also unhappy with their looks, and the entire experience was frustrating. What's even more troubling is that all the glowing reviews on Google seem fake. Sakshi Makeover has a perfect 5-star rating, but I seriously question the authenticity of those reviews after seeing the disastrous results firsthand. This service does not live up to the hype, and I would never recommend them to anyone. There are far more talented and professional makeup artists in town who actually care about their clients' needs." Hiding behind fake reviews and excuses won't work for long. Instead of defending yourself, maybe you should take the feedback seriously and actually improve. And before sending your untrained staff to someone's special day, how about properly training them first? It's obvious they need it. As a certified fashion and makeup student from Canada, I can confidently say that Indore is usually my happy place, but unfortunately, our experience with your team was the worst.
