Pathetic service I think please report to this parlour Like seriously very bad service

Very very bad experience. I got my hair straightening done with highlighting but staff was untrained 9400 rupees was spent but performance was very very poor.My highlight was done full length which was supposed to be done at half length which was not giving bad look my hair also twisted within week and nanoplasty technique care shampoo recommended by them floractive is also not available everywhere and on Amazon it has very bad reviews.Today I feel that it was my worst decision to select beauty secret parlour.Not recommended to anyone. Total waste of money

Such pathetic service by beauty secrets salon I got a hair spa and face clean up done at their salon and trust me I regret my decision They screwed my face and my hair just before my D day Please please guys do not go there and waste your precious money. Also I got allergy on my face 1 hour after clean up as they used local products on my skin.

The staff is not trained properly first my eyebrow threading was done wrong they eyen made two cuts near my eyes and they did my haircut too short even after telling the desired length

I am upset with the service. Yusuf the worst barber ever. Even though narrating of cutting pattern he did what he wanted. Without finishing. Showed him multiple leftovers. It costs 120 for cutting and 80 rupees for shaving but i will say that 50 rs for cutting and 30 rupees for shaving is more of the services given. 11 number Chair was very uncomfortable. It was different from other also. Owner seems cooperative said next time he will be looking so u will update next time again if any improvement.

I came to this place 4 years back and was really impressed. However, my recent visit was an average experience. Furniture has worn out and lacks the feel of leisure. You will always find some offer or the other in the place. If you want to pamper yourself look elsewhere. If you want task done at strict budget this place might just do it.

Worst service i had in my life the hairdresser was very rude and even after a shave he havent use after shave nor he gave me a massage and in list the shave was rated 50rs and they took 80rs. Such type of scam they are doing
