Never coming back again. The hairdresser messed up my hair badly. I showed him the inspo and told him a million times what I wanted . But idk why he rushed so much. Like literally. Worst experience I ever had. Not recommended at all

If you looking for your bridal or reception makeup, get your makeup artist from outside gwalior. Charu raut's makeup is not competetive, they dont know how to do lips, dont give enough coverage of foundation, they dont have vision of how to tuck dupatta. Do some research and get some good makeup artist from outside.

Girls!! Please don't let this parlour ruined you D day. 2 years ago I went for my Bridal Makeup. I paid for a Higher package named ultra HD Makeup. I reached there on time but as soon as I reached there there was no one for the bride. I paid for higher makeup but they are doing the same makeup for all brides. Unfortunately, she did not seem to understand my vision and the hairstyle ruined my look completely. that hairstylist left my hair style in the middle with the fake hair bun visible. in all my wedding photos and videography it is visible. my final look was not at all what I had envisioned. after that they lost my kaleeras which I handed over them with my jewelry. I was fully dressed in my lehenga searching my kaleeras alone and nobody was helping me. I was not happy with their Service and It was an awful experience. I would not recommend this unprofessional beauty saloon to other brides."

Worst experience ever ...I went there for two times & both the time they said that it takes about 1 to 2 hrs & still fr the 2nd time I was ready to wait beacuse I came from very far distance but the receptionist said that either the time is not confirmed it takes more than 1 to 2 hr . The receptionist behaviour was very rude and she doesn't know how to deal with customers.

Pathetic place no proper staff no proper training and extremely overpriced place dont think of going there its better to go to looks salon as prices are more reasonable at looks than this pathetic salon and specially never try any hair service there ever i got a hair spa there and they first off all dint tell the prices clearly and then they applied little amount of cream on hair and the stylist vanished also helper was there who doesnt even know whether to give steam first or massage first even after spending 2500 rs on spa my hair looked the same and these people are not at all professional instead of listening to customers they said there is some prob in your hairs and did not even weaned the price. DO NOT EVER VISIT THERE IF U DONT WANT TO GET CHEATED

If you want to have a good haircut, never go to this place. They do medieval age haircut out of fashion staff. Worst haircut ever.

Oh my one and only destination for hai dressing even I am not living in this city but I only take hair cut here by Irfaan bhai he is amazing
