I had a truly disappointing experience with this makeup service. I booked a two-day bridal makeup session for February 1st and 2nd, 2025, in Central India for a wedding at my home. They initially asked me to arrive two hours early, as I needed to leave by 5:30 PM. To be extra cautious, I reached 3.5 hours in advance, yet their inexperienced staff still failed to get me ready on time--I was finally done by 6:45 PM, a full 1 hour and 30 minutes late! Instead of focusing on providing quality service and building a good name, they are only money-hungry and highly unprofessional. A lady named Swetha Prajapati was hovering over me, yet rather than apologizing for their inefficiency, she seemed more concerned about getting full payment despite the delay they caused. To make matters worse, when I raised a complaint, their manager, Nishant, was incredibly rude and defensive, completely dismissing my concerns instead of offering any form of apology. This level of unprofessionalism and poor customer service is unacceptable. If you value punctuality, professionalism, and respect for customers, I strongly advise against booking with them. They are not worth your time or money.

I had gone for hair botox treatment and had the worst experience ever. They charge hefty amounts and their service is below par. The staff literally burnt my scalp and hair. He was in a hurry and gave me such a bad experience that I might not go for the treatment again. Unprofessional and undertrained staff. Literally low quality of service.

I had an amazing experience with my haircut, thanks to stylist Akshay. He recommended exactly what I needed based on my request. I highly suggest visiting the salon for a haircut--it's definitely worth it!

Choosing Central india,was my best decision for haircut as well as for NANOPLASTY. I have been coming here for the past couple of months and have always received very good service. Staff are well mannered and respect their customers. Would definitely recommend this place to friends and family. Thanku so much @Deepak for the gorgeous haircut.

If you are a male Just don't go here it isn't worth your money you can get a haircut in you local saloon better than this, if you'll tell them a hairstyle that is gonna take their time they will just give you an excuse.

Very nice experience. Had pedicure, hair wash and blow dry from Sagar. Very well mannered, hard working, knows his job.
