I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the services I have received at your Gwalior location. I have consistently experienced poor service quality and unprofessional behavior from the staff. It appears that you frequently employ new staff members, including interns, who lack the necessary skills to provide a good haircut. Many of them seem unfamiliar with basic techniques, such as how to properly hold scissors. This lack of expertise results in unsatisfactory haircuts. Furthermore, the staff, including a stylist named Sameer, seems ill-equipped to perform their duties. It's crucial that when a customer is paying for a service, they receive a professional and competent experience. Additionally, your service providers often focus on selling plans rather than providing the services they are paid to perform. I hope you will address these issues to improve the quality of service at your Gwalior location.

Exceptional service! Sushil and Sameer did a wonderful job with the head massage, hair cut, beard trim and clean up. Very polite, polished staff who gives genuine feedback and helps you to the best of their knowledge!

I recently opted for the bridal package at Look Salon Gwalior, and it was truly a beautiful experience from start to finish. Shree Ma'am made sure everything was perfect -- her services were absolutely top-notch. I also got my nails done, and they turned out exactly how I had imagined from my Pinterest inspiration! A huge shoutout to Neha Ma'am as well, whose seamless coordination ensured everything went smoothly. I've always been a big fan of Look Salon Gwalior -- it's my go-to place -- and this experience just reaffirmed that. Can't wait to come back and be pampered by this amazing team again!

My sister just had the worst experience ever, she came from Mumbai and I took her to this looks because of its review but they don't know how the nail extensions work. She was crying the whole way because of the pain. She get the nail extensions done in every two months but she never had this nightmare experience before. If I would rate then Negative rating for customer experience. Another negative rating for their listing skills (as when someone is saying that it's hurting then they should listen). Another negative rating for the amount they are charging for such amature work.

Loved the nail art. Shailly is an amazing artist and created the art that I wished for. She is very skilled at her work and I highly recommend her service. Do give this place a try.

Horrible service! I got global hair color + highlighting done by Galav. They charged me 12000 for this. Later I realized & many people told me that I only had crown area highlighted rest of the hairs were not colored or highlighted. I went to this salon Cz last year arman saifi did highlights & color and everyone complemented me for hairs. This time it was very disappointing. Never returning to this salon. I got scammed. They need to get better hair staff who know what they are doing.

Today, I had a haircut and head massage at Looks Salon, Chetak Puri. This was my second visit to this salon, and just like the last time, I am completely satisfied. The employees' behavior, attitude, and expertise are commendable. Akash (@akashsiroya. Insta id), who provided me with the haircut and head massage, stood out. I appreciated that he guided me to ensure I didn't make a wrong choice in my haircut. His concern for the client reflects his experience and competence. I have full confidence in both their skills and professionalism. I highly recommend this salon to everyone. Prior to this, Raja Bhaiya did a fantastic job with root touch-up and hairstyle for me. Please consider giving this salon a chance; you will undoubtedly be pleased.
