Hello ma'am, thanks for such a nice service of makeup and hair style on both the days. I was looking awesome.Makeup professionals are trained and experienced. But I have two issues with the service: (1) Please train your saree draping staff. Every parlour I have complained with this service only. Draping Sari is not an easy task. (2) I m not a bride. So juda should be quite smaller for a decent look. I professionals should ask me for the size of bun. The overall look is good but bun is spoiling the look as this size suits only on newly wed. Thanks.

I am writing to express my profound disappointment with my experience at Shahnaz Husain Signature Salon Parlour, Mayur Market, Thatipur branch. I booked a comprehensive wedding package, including engagement, pre-bridal, bridal, and siders makeup, based on assurances from Ms. Vandana, the branch manager, regarding her expertise. My engagement makeup was unsatisfactory. Despite assurances of a non-cakey finish, the makeup appeared heavy, white, and uneven within 30 minutes of application. My pre-bridal appointment was marred by unprofessional conduct. During a threading service, I was abruptly interrupted and insisted upon meeting with Ms. Vandana before the service was completed. Ms. Vandana then demanded full payment before proceeding with the pre-bridal services, despite a significant deposit already paid. During the facial and waxing, I was left unattended and exposed in the treatment room while other clients entered for saree draping, compromising my privacy and causing significant distress. On my wedding day, the salon sent two inexperienced hairstylists who damaged my hair and caused burn marks on my back. While the makeup artist from Delhi was adequate, the overall result was far from the promised bridal look, leaving me feeling ordinary on my special day. In summary, my experience at Shehnaz Beauty Parlour, Mayur Market, Thatipur, was characterized by unprofessionalism, disregard for client privacy, and substandard service. I cannot recommend this salon and will not be returning. WORST EXPERIENCE!!
