Bad experience. They have poor skills but charge lot of money. Gave me so many cuts in just threading. Never going there again.

The behavior of the staff could use improvement, especially when it comes to handling customers using NearBuy coupons. I've noticed a somewhat dismissive attitude when I mentioned wanting to redeem an offer through NearBuy, which made me feel uncomfortable and unappreciated. This is actually the second time I've encountered this issue at the salon, which is disappointing. I hope the management can work on training the staff to treat all customers respectfully, regardless of the payment method or discount being used.

My wife recently wanted to do nano plastia, but the saloon suggested her to to do smootehning instead, which costed 4000 INR but after just 1 wash, the shine and straightness of the hair was gone. Upon asking the saloon, they simply argued and laughed at her stating "We learn from our customers"

Neelesh was awesome, had a very nice haircut and beard setting. overall the service was excellent
