I had an extremely disappointing experience at this salon. Despite booking an appointment in advance, I was made to wait unnecessarily. I had gone in for a simple haircut and clearly specified exactly what I wanted--I emphasized that I did not want to lose too much length and requested long layers at the front with a straight cut at the back. However, the stylist completely disregarded my instructions and chopped off 5-6 inches of my waist-length hair. Despite my requests to preserve the length, they went ahead and gave me a drastic cut that I absolutely did not ask for. On top of that the length of hair on both sides are mismatched. To make matters worse, when I pointed out the issue, the stylist not only refused to acknowledge their mistake but also gaslighted me and kept arguing instead of addressing my concerns professionally. This salon lacks both the skill and the basic courtesy needed to handle customers. If you value your hair and expect professionalism, I strongly advise against coming here. A truly terrible experience!

I visited this salon 5 days back and spent quite a lot on nanoplastia treatment. But now that I've washed my hair, I can see my hair did not get smooth at all. They told me it'll be straight but they're far from it. Extremely disappointed with the service I received. I've been ripped off my money, they charged 6500 for the treatment and I have not received anything for it. I'd not recommend anyone to go there. If you do, especially for a nanoplastia, you're wasting your money. UPDATE: I called Kalim who is the owner of the salon. He has no sense of talking, he started shouting on the phone even when I was talking gently. He was not ready to provide a proper solution to my problem, and he disconnected the call in the end. DO NOT VISIT THIS PERSON, HE WILL NOT EVEN TALK PROPERLY ONCE HE HAS YOUR MONEY
