Absolutely loved my experience at Marie Claire! Anuj did an amazing job with my haircut, styling, and hair spa. Mahima was equally wonderful and very helpful. The ambiance is lovely, the staff is professional, and the service was excellent. Highly recommend!

I used to love this place but lately have had disappointing experiences repeatedly. The quality of the overall experience is not at par with the rates anymore. Firstly it seems to be short staffed. They used to have a dedicated receptionist but now different hairstylists are available at desk at different times some of whom are rude and impolite. I went for a hair spa and had an unpleasant experience. The hairstylist handled my hair roughly and was clumsy enough to let the steam machine fall on my forehead. There seems to be only one person on staff that can cut hair properly and if they are busy all you can do is wait, so there's not enough staff to handle even 2 haircuts at a time. Back to back bad experiences, don't think I'm going back.

Services provided are excellent, specially the Vitamin C facial given by Mahima ma'am was too satisfactory. And the staff is very calm and coordinating. Haircut done by Kuldeep sir was also good. "Highly Recommended"
