I had an extremely disappointing experience at this salon. My sister and I both underwent the Nanoplastia treatment, expecting smooth and healthy hair. Instead, our hair was severely damaged. When my sister went back to address the issue, the response we received was beyond unprofessional--they simply blamed it on our "low hair quality." How is it possible that both of us suddenly had "low-quality hair" at the same time? A true professional should assess hair suitability before performing such treatments, not after causing damage. This clearly shows a lack of expertise and responsibility. I would strongly advise against visiting this salon for any treatments, no matter how affordable they seem. Cutting costs should never mean compromising quality and professionalism. I regret trusting them with my hair and hope others don't make the same mistake.
