Just got my hair colour done from Prashant who did a fantastic job. 1star less as I asked for complete grey coverage but the results were not 100% [may be issue with my hair).overall experience was satisfactory 28/01/2025 - I am re writing this review to share my experience after almost a month of hair colour. I have been using the recommended shampoo (W2 professional) by I can see a lot of white hair now. I have no clue if the colour has started disappearing from the hair. Or was it not done properly in the first place. Not very happy with the products used. Matrix dark brown global colour 4.5

Worst experience, I have very long hairs i told them how much length I have to cut only split ends & damaged hair and then they cut that much and after they styled them they cut my hair till shoulder. When i told them why you have done too short thay were laughing at me. He didn't told me anything they just cut my hair directly. I have shown the pic and they don't know how to do it.I haven't cut my hair since 4 years and now all my hairs they just cut within a mins after that they have charged me full fees. Had an amazing experience at Sheer Genius Matrix Salon! Opted for a pedicure, clean-up, and waxing, and it was absolutely relaxing. Special thanks to **Pooja**--she was patient, careful, and incredibly skilled. Her attention to detail and gentle approach made me feel so comfortable. The salon has a great vibe, and the service was top-notch. Highly recommend, especially if Pooja is your stylist! Will definitely return!

Not liked my hair as i liked it before In October 2024 i take botox treatment from here and it was one of my best experience then last week i again went for botox as i said i liked it so much before but this time i had very terrible experience Today i washed my hair and it becomes very dry and rough hair.... Quality of my hair looks very ugly Please resolve this problem as soon as possible

I got my hair services i.e,hair cutting and hair anti- dandruff spa treatment from Pooja. I am highly satisfied with her services. She gave a good massage and made sure that I am comfortable at every point. Rating it 4 star because I am satisfied with the services but I found it little expensive.

Great service, very professional. Preeti was excellent, sincere and gave a very nice haircut and hair spa. She gave very good recommendations and made me feel very comfortable during the hair styling session. Overall I will recommend this Salon to everyone.

I have taken Botox treatment from this saloon. By Mr. Ashok Sir handled everything really well. He knows what he is doing. My overall experience was satisfying.so,I have been using matrix shear parlour service since last 1 year and I am fully satisfied with the result.

The worst experience ever. please do not go to this salon they charge like a very professional salon but actually like a beauty parlour i have been charged 8000. If going in emergency then please ask specifically about the charge they don't disclose clearly.
